We have actually begun pulling out of Iraq (which was greeted with massive celebrations from the Iraqi people) and today Obama launched his first major military offensive. We sent over 4,000 US Marines to southern Afghanistan and basically smeared our ** on the Taliban. We attacked their poppy fields, which are used to make heroin, the Taliban's main source of income. There was little retaliation from the Taliban, most just fled. The best part? No Marine casualties. I told you we smeared out ** on the Taliban. :D So for the first time... it seems like the war is going smoothly. I was watching CNN and up until we got these reinforcements from Iraq, we would run the Taliban out of Afghanistan into Pakistan... only for them to eventually come back. And that would happen over and over again. Now, we are basically forcing the Taliban into the middle of Afghanistan, where we plan to hit them hard. Almost makes you wonder why we didn't do this years ago.

	dscuber9000 Many clans (like our past affiliate, the ODL) have been literally hacked and destroyed simply because of some stupid clan war. I wouldn't necessarily want to get into that, but we have to have some kind of WiFi action. I think inter-clan prevents most of that. Glad to see that you're back. Headcrab Posts: 85 Group: Headcrab Member #3,838 Joined: June 14, 2009	Whenever they have major battle over there without the politicians in they way, we kick ass and the bad guys lose hard. 90 percent of the casualties we had over there is due to sucker punches like car bombs and ambushes and all because of the politicans. I hated dropping off marines over there when i was on the navy, knowing what might hapen to them. Maybe it is starting to end over there and they can come home.
