Merry Christmas to the members of The Gaming Coalition! Please use this thread to tell us what you got from Santa. :embarrassed:

I got an Apple Magic Mouse, a 1TB external hard-drive, and a Paul McCartney live album. :)

Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. I really feel that I need to beat Phantom Hourglass before I play this though.

I would agree with you, but going to that damn dungeon over and over again just kills the game. I don't know who thought it was a good idea. That dungeon isn't even fun the first time.

I don't tihnk I'll be getting Spirit Tracks. I liked Phantom Hourglass fine, but it didn't exactly hype me up for a sequel. I still prefer a more traditional Zelda game.

Zune HD and clothes.
Gotta say, the Zune HD really surprised me.
I thought I was going to hate it when I first saw it.

Heeeey guys, I'm good at killing topics and making empty threads because I'm a loser and everyone hates me! :)

I like Spirit Tracks a lot better I must say. I've been playing it for two days and I've gotten farther in this than I did in Phantom Hourglass, which I had since my high school graduation. Although, I may only be playing it so much because I have nothing better to do.

...It really does feel the same, I think the only difference is that since the dungeon you keep having to go back to isn't timed, like it is in Phantom Hourglass, that it makes it easier for me. I'm not good at puzzles and being timed doesn't help either.

I got:

$200 in cash ( :D )
A $50 Vanilla Visa Giftcard
Blackjack-33 by James C. Donahue
Black Hawk Down by Mark Bowden
Band of Brothers by Stephen E. Ambrose
The U.S. Navy Seal Guide to Fitness and Nutrition
Pilot Knight Red Fountain Pen, Medium Point
Noodler's Blue Eel Ink
Xbox Live 1-year subscription
And some other stuff

...And a TON of almonds. (10 6 oz. cans.)

I didn't really seek out any games. I bought MW2 before Christmas.

My eye is on early 2010...

Many clans (like our past affiliate, the ODL) have been literally hacked and destroyed simply because of some stupid clan war. I wouldn't necessarily want to get into that, but we have to have some kind of WiFi action. I think inter-clan prevents most of that.

Glad to see that you're back. ;)

I got about $60 in gift cards, so now I have the tough choice of buying either Mass Effect 2 or BioShock 2. I don't think I'd be able to beat Mass Effect 2 in a rental period, so I might buy it for that reason. I freaking love BioShock, though...
