Beat Bioshock in about two days, I was amazed. I really can't explain how I was skeptic before, I suppose it was because I knew nothing about it. I love the story behind it, even though you could see how futuristic the setting was, I loved how dated everything else was considering when the actually takes place. Started playing Bioshock 2, and I have to admit, I already like pretty much everything about it over the original. The drill, the rivets, the hacking and reserch camera systems, but most of all, the new Adam gathering method. A little bit more developed than just "Do the good thing vs do the bad thing." I never harvested a Little Sister in the first game, but I don't think I could even bring myself to do it in the second. "I'm going to tell all the other girls that I have the best daddy!" Although, would you kindly tell me how the Big Daddy from the second game survived *spoiler* at the beginning? Or will that one actually be explained? |

It's explained, but I think just by a random audio diary that you could easily miss. BioShock story spoilers: Eleanor got the little sisters to get some of Delta's DNA and somehow the vita-chambers got reworked to allow Delta to use them. Sinclair helped design the vita-chambers so I'm guessing he had a part in that. Vita-chambers originally were only supposed to revive Andrew Ryan, but Jack (you in BioShock 1) was able to use them because you are his son and I guess the DNA is similar. |

Bioshock 2 is definitely an improvement of the first. There are some great flashbacks like with the plane in the sea...... funny how it probably is the same EXACT model from the first because it shows it from the same angle that it was sinking. Over all it's better and multiplayer reminds me of Unreal with fast paced combat based alot off skill. and Elephant Gun FTW |
